Cars Rules and Policies

Check In - Check Out

• Appointment must be booked in advance.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of identity required at handover.
• Vehicle inspection will be completed together with the customer.
• Initial payment must be completed before handover.
• Vehicle must be returned at the agreed location and time.
• Full inspection will be conducted upon return.
• Any damage or missing items will be charged accordingly.
• Late returns may incur additional fees.

Car Policies

Eligibility:

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid Australian driver’s license or international equivalent required.
• Proof of address and secondary contact needed.

Payment Policy:

• Flexible Rent-to-Own payment plans available.
• Bond/security deposit required for all rentals.
• Accepted payments: Bank transfer, card, cash, direct debit.

Fuel Policy:

• Car must be returned with a full tank of fuel.
• Refueling charges apply if returned with less fuel.

Damage & Insurance:

• Vehicles are insured; excess applies in case of damage.
• Renter is responsible for safe operation of the vehicle.
• Uninsured damage will be charged to the renter.

Usage Restrictions:

• No smoking or pets allowed in the car.
• No rideshare, racing, or towing unless approved.
• Kilometer limits apply unless agreed otherwise.

Maintenance & Breakdowns:

• Routine maintenance is covered by Beesup Pty Ltd.
• Contact our support line for breakdown assistance.
• No third-party repairs without our approval.

Termination (Rent-to-Own):

• Missed payments may lead to repossession.
• Early buyout options available.
• Subject to standard Rent-to-Own contract terms.
